Just recently, I had a looong break for Ramadhan and Eid. To be exact, it was a month holiday and I had been so frustrated the day before new term. However, I thought of wearing something just to lighten the mood. Guess what? It works!

Deceiving yourself a little bit won’t hurt. Especially when your mood is at the brink of death. This is one simple proven method I’ve been using without fail since high school days everyday before step foot outside the house. Who else will appreciate yourself but you!
When you are driving, walking or riding to your work place, don’t forget to relax the muscle around your jaw. Smile magically cure all evil emotions. It’s like a magic spell. If you find it hard, just fake it! You will get used to it soon.
GIVE WAY TO PEOPLE ON THE ROAD
Driving sucks if you are moody. Especially when it’s the time for everybody rushing to their workplace. By that time, people get so sensitive over small mistakes spreading negative vibes to surrounding. So, instead of you absorb them, try to spread positive vibes instead. Be a flower in the middle of the mud!
GREET YOUR COLLEAGUES
Bad emotion is like venom. It kills if not released. So, letting it out is like peeing after long queues of waiting in the toilet! You don’t have to be extra friendly. Keep your pace as usual but just utter any signs/ language of greeting. You might be surprised how your mood change when your colleagues smile back at you with a sly compliment at the end of the short intended greeting session! Wow, outstanding!
ONE BY ONE
Sort your tasks one by one. Never rush! Unless you are a person who works best under pressure, I am an exceptional then. It is best recommended if you could list down your task on a small stick-it-notes and cross them one by one as you complete each tasks. Always bare in mind, even a tortoise win over the rabbit keeping a slow and steady pace!
PLAY YOUR FAVOURITE MUSIC
This is a golden opportunity for those working in the office. While typing out reports, listen to any of your favourite music creates comfort in your mind. I would always put on earphone when I’m facing laptop, typing. It can also be a sign to any of your colleagues that you want to be left undisturbed without hurting their feelings. Kill two birds with one stone!
